Over the last two years ROC has established Near & Off Shore Delivery Centres in Poland, and Spain. We will be opening new Delivery Centres in Malaysia and India in Q4 2008.
These centres provide ROC and our clients with access to cost effective and highly skilled SAP HCM resources. The centres cover the main global time zones and align to most of our clients. They are located to facilitate the exchange of resources to ensure the effective understanding and close working needed to successfully use this resource model. Most importantly, they share a common professional work ethic and a similar mentality, which assists in reducing cultural barriers and facilitates effective communication.
