SAP Org Visualization by Nakisa (SOVN), a SAP solution extension, focuses on the visualisation of organisational data held in your SAP HCM system. The latest release of the SOVN product, which meets SAP’s Premium Qualification standard, offers four products to enhance the use and quality of Organisational Management data:

 

OrgChart

Keystone product enabling all employees a clear insight into your organisation's structure.

 

OrgHub for Mobile

Application for OrgChart functionality on an Apple iPad.

 

OrgModeler

This product allows key (HR Professional) users to effectively respond to market changes by visualising and planning for organisational transformations. This is done by taking a snapshot of our current (“as is”) organisation and visually modelling it (“to be”), even using drag and drop. The model can give real time analysis on the impact of these changes against key metrics.

 

OrgAudit (formerly DataQualityConsole)

Using this product, key (HR Professional) users are provided with a clear, centralised visual interface to identify and take action on HCM data inconsistencies. Data quality rules are applied and errors highlighted. Errors are easily tracked and data quality metrics reported on.

 

TeamManager

This product is only available with SAP ECC6 and will offer key users the ability to define, plan, and manage position-employee assignments within their organisation.
