TalentHub for HR and Executives provides a 360-degree view into human capital, enabling you to identify key positions and high performance individuals to enable you to make critical leadership decisions.

 

TalentHub for HR and Executives incorporates a HCM Dashboard for viewing analytics about succession planning, holders/successors, performance/potential and competencies.

 

TalentHub for Managers (formerly SuccessionPlanning Managers)

TalentHub for Managers is used by org unit managers to review high-potential employees and determine successors for key positions in their area of responsibility.

 

TalentHub for Employees (formerly CareerPlanning)
