At ROC we take solution design really seriously. Our approach is always carefully engineered around your needs. Our solution architects have years and years of experience of SAP HCM and they are supported by Subject Matter Experts to ensure that your solution is always designed with best practice in mind.

ROC uses one of its Blueprint Design Systems to demonstrate SAP HCM concepts and processes, thereby ensuring the customer’s project team is fully informed as to how the system works and, even more importantly, how the system looks. This phase is the first step of knowledge transfer.

The ROC HCM experts use a series of project accelerators to drive efficiency and quality during this critical project phase. Accelerators include questionnaires, checklists and templates to ensure all design documents are constructed to the highest standard. So when your solution design is presented to the board for sign off, you can be sure you have considered everything there is to consider.
