ROC reports rapid global growth.Vicky Burr 23-Jan-2009 Company expands footprint and revenue towards goal of becoming largest global SAP HCM consultancy. ROC, the leading global SAP HCM consultancy, has announced exceptional financial growth for 2008 expanding revenues to approximately £10 million a year. The company has also expanded its global footprint across all major geographies boasting over 250 percent year-on-year growth, against an industry standard believed to be around 20-25 percent. The company has achieved this without taking on debt or drawing on VC investment.
Throughout 2008 ROC has seen a rapid expansion in its global footprint, including the addition of three more strategic countries: Benelux, South Africa and Australia & New Zealand. ROC now has an employee base of over 300 Business Transformation and SAP HCM experts across the globe, which is set to continue growing during 2009.
