MyColleagues

A way of connecting to all employees within an organization.

The latest staff details are downloaded to your device and colleagues can be called or emailed directly by touching the appropriate field. Since the list is downloaded from the central corporate HR system, details are guaranteed to be accurate and up-to-date.

Also, with the details stored on your iPhone, MyColleagues can even be used when the device is in “offline” mode.

Please note that the first time the MyColleagues screen is shown it may take a couple of minutes to build as the data is downloaded from the SAP system for the first time. The exact time will depend upon the speed of the connection and the number of employee records.  1,000 records should take about 30s to download with a good connection.
