Since Feb 2016, ROC has been working with a global engineering, technical and business services organisation of 8,500 employees across 70+ countries to utilise the full SuccessFactors suite as part of their wider business transformation programme.
The project is split into two “waves”, which will see the core HR solution (Employee Central) and Performance (Performance & Goals) functionality go live in July using ROC’s “EC Lite” approach. This will mark the first go live in the programme.
The second wave is already well underway. It is set to deliver a wide range of benefits through implementation of Employee Central Service Center, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Succession & Career Development and Compensation. Throughout the project, ROC is utilising their innovative “Use Case” approach, in addition to the standard “workbook” documentation, to empower the business subject matter experts to deploy the solution with confidence.
ROC, as a SAP Gold Partner, is working as the lead SAP SuccessFactors partner for all aspects of the “Hire to Retire” project within the programme, as well as providing support for data migration and interfaces (using Dell Boomi as the integration platform).
