The UK Government's Digital Marketplace has now released the G-Cloud 8 range of products and services. Once again ROC has been included as one of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) providers via the G-Cloud framework.
G-Cloud's core purpose is to provide a set of framework agreements with high quality suppliers that public sector organisations (such as central government, local government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence and not-for profit organisations) can use to procure cloud based/related products and services without requiring the completion of a full tender or competition based procurement process. This gives organisations taking advantage of the G-Cloud framework access to pre-vetted services and suppliers as well as the capability to get rapid turnaround on products and services at some great pricing (which benefits taxpayers as well).
With this new release ROC is now offering the following under the G-Cloud 8 framework.
Software as a Service
Software Consultancy Services
Jerry Chilvers, ROC CEO said, "We are really pleased that ROC's Services have once again been accepted into the G-Cloud framework. Saving money and ensuring the effective delivery of Services is critical in the public sector. It's reassuring that government organisations can so quickly and easily gain access (via the Digital Marketplace) to a partner with proven capability in providing high quality services."
